My favourite property in Carlisle. Perfect place, functional rooms, affable stuff. Plenty of good food for meals. Comfy beds, a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and television in the room. Magnificent, perfect location close to all amenities.

The room was adequate with clean and comfy beds. New carpet! The bathroom could use a refresh, but the lovely toiletries made up for it. Breakfast was good, though a little help would improve the service. The location was perfect with parking just outside and shops nearby.

We visited a lovely local pub for dinner and enjoyed amazing walks at the nearby Lake District. The staff were friendly and really accommodating, and the breakfast was a tasty highlight each morning. Just a heads up, the decor is a bit dated, but it adds character!
This was announced only after we had arrived.
